Hearing Aid Consultation & Fitting Includes technology recommendation, risk-free two-week in-home trial, in-situ calibration with Real-Ear Measurement in your environment, expectations counselling, 2-week follow-up, and 1–2 further adjustments as needed. Devices are unlocked and include a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Tiers: Basic $1,200 / Standard $1,600 / Advanced $2,500 / Premium $3,400 per device. | Hearing Aid Clean & Check For hearing aids purchased from us or another provider. Full clean, inspection, troubleshooting, and physical maintenance (wax guards, receivers, tubing, etc.). Loaner aids usually available if devices need to be sent away for repair. |

| Professional Ear Cleaning Video otoscopy lets you see whether wax is present. If needed, it will be gently removed using a lighted curette or Earigator irrigation. If the wax is especially stubborn, a follow-up visit is included at no extra cost. |

We are a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service, with the exception of Medicare and Washington Labor & Industries (L&I), which we bill directly.
We provide a detailed superbill with ICD-10 and CPT codes for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
